Beth Craig is a leadership consultant, trainer, and performance coach specializing in organization and communication effectiveness. For the past 20 years, Beth has worked with executives and teams on the day-to-day interactions that directly impact productivity, teamwork, and organizational performance.

Beth founded Craig Communications in 1987 and originated the Intentional Leadership Process, which has helped numerous clients build focus, alignment and results. She has worked globally with organizations in such industries as oil, education, telecommunications, healthcare, hi-tech, and government. Beth’s extensive work with leaders at Hewlett Packard, AT&T, and BMC Software has made her a sought-after coach and her “P.E.A.R.L.S. of Wisdom” series is a popular presentation at conferences.

Early in her career, Beth worked as Director of Training and Development for American Medical International (AMI) and in sales for Xerox. While at AMI, she administered a leadership program for executives.

Beth holds a BS degree in Business Administration and earned her Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
